Applied online and it took 3 weeks until given interview date interview lasted about 20 mins and was asked 7 questions. Answered questions by giving examples of what I had done. Which included using lots of examples and making sure I said what I did personally.

Interview
good, long but alright. There were too many people/panel for a junior level. dont think thats necessary. Administration is not a rocket science so asking questions to see creativity and stuff dont make sense.
Log on to NHS Jobs to apply. It does take few weeks to get back that you successfully shortlisted though. Often they indicate application closing date. The recruitment process thus take about a month as you have to go through security checks and the rest.
