Cannot remember - but study relevant legislation and policies.
Brief task followed by 6 questions related to leadership, conflict resolution, personal qualities and how I handle change. The task involved a typical day with some added changes and I had to justify how I would handle it
The process was not very difficult. You are welcomed into a room with four panelists, including a representative from HR. They start by asking general questions about you, then start getting technical. They also ask on conflict management.
