about specific terminology
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Truro, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Two interviewers asked 6 questions. While I was talking they both scribbled on their notes so no eye contact. I could tell they had already interviewed someone they liked. It was very hurried and they made me wait 20 minutes in the waiting room beforehand. No one apologised nor told me why. I wish I had walked out and not bothered. I answered the questions well and have 15 years previous experience as a medical secretary.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
After applying online, you are invited to complete a number of online tests. They were not too difficult but it was time consuming. The next stage is a video interview with 12 questions. The final stage is an Assessment Centre with other applicants.
