NHS interview questions

Applied online on NHS website. Attended the interview after two weeks. Interview process was quite straight forward. However, NHS valued staffs with high experience so it is not easy to get a place with a lack of experience.

The interview was done via skype at a mutually decided time. The team of superintendents were very casual and inviting, which gave me ease of mind, as I was nervous before. the interview lasted around 15 minutes with each interviewer asking me about 3 or 4 questions each. i was given the opportunity to ask them questions as well.
