Interview
Normal interview with 3 people asking questions at different intervals. After that followed the paper test which I think is outdated no information was given prior to interview as well.

Interview
Very easy and straightforward. My interviewers started out with a question about myself and my background to get to know me. Started out by giving them an overview of my then current position and activities, then provided the most important and relevant highlights from my background that made me most qualified for the role.

Interview
I applied for the job at the end of February and got a response inviting me in for an interview the beginning of March. I booked my interview online picking a time suitable for myself. At the interview I had to complete a test on the computer looking at Excel, and sending emails. I then had to complete a worksheet that looked at how I would prioritise jobs, and what level of priority I would put them in and put reasons for this. I then had a face to face interview which lasted about 15 minutes, the whole process took around 40 minutes. If applying for a job make sure you do your research and have a look at the NHS values and missions, and the behaviors. And also look at the job description closely to see how your skills/qualities meet the job description/role.
