Applied online through the NHS website and was told a week later I had been selected for a group assessment.
Group assessment consisted of completing a paper with a set of questions concerning cancer waiting times.
The manager marked my paper and told me then and there in front of the other candidates I had been selected for an interview - further information regarding time and location would then be emailed to me.
I did not receive an email so I emailed the manager asking if they still wanted me to attend but received no reply.
Complete waste of time.

Question 1
The test is more or less open book. You’re provided with a paragraph of information and basically have to apply the information you’re given to the questions asked - pretty straight forward.
application based, then panel, lots of questions on experience and what i bring to the role. then scenarios and treatment exercises laid out to complete. I was able to ask questions to each of the 4 staff on the panel, about line management structure, flexible working and progression.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, South East England, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview was ok. Ladies in the interview seem ok. The interview was about 20 minutes. I had to do a mini test before the interview. I was given a form to complete using patient test results
