I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NHS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was just okay. The interview was an all day process. It was full on assessment day, with speakers and videos to watch. There was role play, a competency test, and the standard English test.

Question 1
What would you do if you had a patient on the phone but your break was due to start in two minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NHS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2019
Interview
Had to complete 5 online tests (verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning etc). You can only proceed to the next test if you've reached the minimum requirements for the previous one. Then you have to complete a video interview, and if you're successful you're invited to an assessment day in London.

Question 1
Gave you 2 mins at the end of the video interview to add anything you thought was important to mention.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview was over Skype as I was abroad at the time. It was both competency based and behavioral, wasn't meant to be stressful so there are no curveballs, they don't ask for a specific answer but rather look at how you reason within a given situation. Obviously knowledge around confidentiality and risk is expected to a certain degree, but nothing beyond what you wouldn't have learned in your psychology undergrad.

How would you react if a client mentioned suicidal ideation and asked whether you experience such thoughts?
