I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Boston, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Three interviewers, all pretty friendly. A psychologist, a nurse and a team co-ordinator. It went quickly (about 30 minutes), but they asked a lot of questions in that time. Covered general policy and procedure stuff, as well as actual practical experience. Allowed me to ask questions at the end, and then took copies of my documents.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
I arrive and get taken to a room where two interview panels are waiting a co-coordinator and a senior manager.I have been to be a few interviews for similar roles at the NHS and always find you have one member of the panel that tries to makes you feel comfortable and easy and makes an effort to make the interview process pleasant and the other panel member has a face on and shows no effort, no response to any answers you give to her questions,a little smile goes along way especially if you are a shy person and get nervous at interviews.Usually last 20 minutes.
