OYO Operations Manager interview questions

The interview had very basic questions regarding my previous work, also it tried to understand the candidates capability by asking about basics of management. One problem related to day to day operations would also be asked.

Only 2 rounds. One face to face and one is telephonic. Got the offer on the same day. Loved the speed of HR team. Overall experience is awesome. Great place to be and Interviewer is simply great and explain everything about work culture and work life balance
