I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Tel Aviv) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was approached via linkedin by hr person.
We had a phone call about the position and the process and scheduled first interview.
I was interviewed by two people. One of them was a terrible interviewer, very impatient and almost aggressive . He interrupted me during first two lines of coding just because var name wasn't reflected (enough) the part of suggested algorithm, and then he started an argument about where there it fits my algorithm. Who does that in interview?! He is clearly missing the concept that the interview is a two way road. Even if you are the most
prestigious workplace in the world (which isn't the case), if you don't have patients during the interview which might be very stressful to some people why would you have more during day to day work. Good luck with your commercials.

I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Bengaluru) in Dec 2020
Interview
It was first round with hiring Manager. Not sure what exactly hiring managers are looking during course of interview a set of matching words which they have already like
Set<ManagerBuzzWords> managerSet;
managerSet.contains(CandidateBuzzWord) ? next : go deeper in same topic. My request is kindly focus on what Candidate has worked on and what your project is all about. There are hell lot of in depth knowledge in each topic in core java only which you might not be knowing off. Don't try to show off to reduce the brand value of Oracle.

Question 1
How SSL works interesting ? How many of us cares about it. Let's remove the google.com from org then give a shot probably you will have answer. Please be precise about your question so that candidate can answer to the point otherwise there is no limit wage words and generic approach. but when candidate gives generic answer you are looking for buzzword matching pattern and to the point answer.
