Oxfam interview questions

Two-three weeks after sending the application I was contacted and invited to an interview, where 2 staff members made me questions, the interview was held in Spanish and English. One week later I was informed I got the job.

The interview started by the general questions: introduction, presentation of the job done and how you learned from the job you are interviewing for. Then, questions about your understanding of the tasks required by the new job and how you plan to conduct it. The knowledge of the environment you will be working with. Finally, it ends with your expectation as salary.
