Oxfam interview questions

There was one manager and she basically interviewed everyone at the same time which I found very odd yet effective (?) It was a group interview and went around the circle discussing past experiences. It was pretty quick and didn't go into details as it was group-based..... Also, asked to fill out when you can work and where?

A fairly informal chat about why interested in volunteering with them and what experience I had so far. Also discussed the kinds of things I would be doing and showed me around the shop. The interviewer was very friendly and enthusiastic.
