PayPal Customer Service Representative interview questions

30minutes of interview. Virtual round. Only asked about my past experience and general conversation about difficult customer dealt in past. Also they asked me to draft an email response to a situation given by the interviewer

It was a very long interview, divided into three sections of 30 minutes each. One part was with the team leader, the second one was more formal and the last one more related to my CV
