The interview process starts with a phone screening, followed by a personality/skills assessment, then a ride-along with a current rep, and wrapped up with two-to-three in person interviews with district managers and higher. The interview process is lengthy and average in terms of difficulty. It is critical that you display confidence, charisma, and speak clearly during interviews.

The Interview process is very relaxed. The questions asked are the typical sales interview questions. The interview was not a formal interview whatsoever. The interview process contains 2 or 3 interviews. After the interviews one will have a ride along with one of the tenured sales representatives. If the ride along goes well, one should expect an offer.

Standard, interview with rep, hiring manager and VP. Sales redialing in field for 1/2 day. Also took a personality test which the manager was trained to use in order to hire a certain profile.
