I applied online. I interviewed at Paychex (Omaha, NE)
Interview
Very unprofessional interview with local sales manager. When I was told first thing that they were looking for "diversity' in the workplace I knew there were issues. Worst interview of all time and the Omaha branch has a nutcase as a manager!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Started with a recruiter after I was contacted about my resume. I then had a brief phone interview that took about 15 minutes. Standard questions. I then was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview with the VP of sales. Interview went well but they did not like the fact that I had not graduated yet. Did not get a call back for a second interview. Seemed like a good company but not interested in seniors that are ready to graduate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Denver, CO) in Jan 2012
Interview
Be aware that their process takes no less than three weeks. They want to know you are invested in the company and the culture... Know the company and understand what consultative sales is. Follow up is EXTRODINARILY important. After ea interview send a thank you LETTER
