Paychex interview questions

I initially interviewed for a position in another city where they chose a person who was already licensed to sell insurance products. They called me back to interview for a Benefits sales job in a different location. In both instances the Sales Executives who interviewed me had not even looked at the very long application which I had filled out in advance of our meeting. That was fine. Sometimes the ultimate person making the decision might want to start the ball rolling from scratch. The line of interview questions were all geared towards a 22 year old coming right out of college. They asked me my GPA, what activities I pursued in college, etc. I graduated from college back in the 80's. I shut down after the first 5 minutes and obviously did not get a call back. This was not an entry level position. I am not sure if this company is interested in hiring anyone over the age of 30.
