Paychex interview questions

The first interview was phone screen with the District Sales Manager. The next step was an in person with him followed by a second interview with the Regional Sales Manager. After that they had me complete a personality profice and skills test. It took a few days for that to come back and they made the offer shortly after. Upon accepting the offer I was given a slip to take a drug test and started the following week.

I had an Phone Interview with the HR first,then had an Skills test that had 50 questions to answer in 16 min,If you pass that then you will have an one on one interview with the Lead.Then another interview with the other leads .I had 3 sets of Interviews and I was offered the position.But it really took a long time......it tok almost 3 months from the time i submitted my resume.
