Paychex interview questions

Straightforward enough. Phone screen, followed by an interview with the DSM. I then interviewed with the Sales Director who was a walking epitome of everything counter to Paychex culture. I told him that I had no interest in the role.

The interview process here was so confusing, and no one seemed happy to work here. Overall, I'm glad I didn't get the job. I asked them to describe their org, and they said it was like The Wild West. Told me everything I need to know -- they seem disorganized and petty.
