I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Bend, OR) in Oct 2022
Interview
Good, fast, young team but professional. Enjoyed the communication and good experience overall. Sadly pay wasn't flexible and a little too low for me to accept. Also the policy is to always start entry level and work your way up which can have benefits but also some obvious draw backs.

Question 1
Basic questions on history and intent and what we're looking for.
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming

Simple video interview, asked pretty standard personal questions and a few easy questions about object-oriented programming. Less than 30 minutes overall, similar to most interviews for positions like this. Interviewer was friendly and cordial.
