Paychex interview questions

I was told to prepare an upbeat story about my career path.

The hiring manager interview consisted of walking through my resume in order to determine what past experiences made me a great candidate for the Account Executive position. As a sales professional the hiring manager also wanted to know how I generally spend my work day in a detailed manner. I was also asked about how I go about achieving goals and quotas. Also, of course I was asked the question - Why Paychex and why now?
