Interview
The interview process is a screening call with a recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with another Division manager and then a panel interview. The entire process took over 8 weeks since first contact with the recruiter before I pulled my candidacy. I was strung along for 5 weeks after the 2nd interview about the scheduling of the panel and random excuses of the process. The tipping point was when the hiring manager asked about two specific days (the next Thursday or Friday) to get the panel completed. I never heard back and those days passed. I sent a withdrawal email EOD the Monday after and was finally responded to at 9:30 that night with, “Thank you for your email. Best of luck in your remaining efforts.” All this time I had to follow up 2-3 times inbetween communication before getting a vague response and a partial apology. What the company has going on in todays workplace seem great but, this manager does not care for or respect people, their time, or professionalism. Which is interesting because he did make mention of it during our interview as something he has learned from. Thankfully I found this out during the process and not weeks into employment.

Interview
I applied for the job, and a week later was contacted by a recruiter for a phone call. Well the recruiter was late and had to reschedule the call. This was my first red flag. The next day she was late for the rescheduled call. After asking a few questions on their Covid policy and remote options, she said she follow back up with me to be submitted to the hiring manager. I never heard anything else from the recruiter, even after sending a follow up e-mail. Then I receive a generic rejection response. The HR team is clearly not on top of their responsibilities and if this how they treat a potential employee, I’m glad I was rejected. I also see they reposted the job again.

Interview
No response or feedback post interview. Hiring manager and there client was late to join scheduled interview on time. If HR wants to acknowledge/confirm interview schedule, then as candidate we expect to get status post interview as well. Make sense?
