I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paychex (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were set to be three rounds of interviews for this mid-tier sales role. They try to funnel you into accepting before it's over. The first phone meeting will have you schedule rd. 2 (in person) with an office manager. You will shadow the position you're interviewing for and at the end of rd. 2, they ask if you can see yourself succeeding. If you say yes with confidence, they will verbally offer you the job, invite you back for rd. 3 which I understood to be like a first-day on the job -- paperwork, more shadowing.

What personality traits do you have that will help you succeed in heavy calling sales role?
Had a great phone interview, was told I would be working there ASAP… emailed a thank you to interviewer and got an Out of Office replay and never heard from again.

Question 1
What is your reason to applying to this organization
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I did an open interview that lasted maybe 10-15 minutes and then had a much longer interview process a few weeks after. This round was in office where I met other employees and then had a longer interview that lasted 30-45 minutes. Pretty basic questions, but like any interview, be prepared.
