Interview
I applied on the website, was called for an interview 2 weeks later, met with a panel of 8 people...everyone was very nice and asked the same questions. I was called back to another interview and met with 2 more individuals..who talked more in depth about the position. I was contacted a little over a month later for another interview after I left several messages. This next interview i met with 3 more people who yet again asked the same questions. Still unsure what the next step is

Interview
The interview at paychex has been one of the better interviews I've been it. The people are nice and easy to talk to, yet they challenge you and ask you thought provoking questions. One question I was asked in this process that I hadn't seen anywhere was "tell us about your high school experience?" a little unexpected, however I was able to quickly gather my experiences and relay them to the interviewers.
The second interview was with someone at the regional office. Again nice people. With the regional rep. I was simply asked to give her my life story for as long as I could go. This was not difficult.
I ended up not getting the position because they wanted someone with prior B2B sales experience, which I did not have. Paychex seems like a great company to work for and the kind of environment I would like to be a part of.
