PepsiCo Merchandiser interview questions

The hiring process started with a phone screen that asked the preliminary questions from the application to ensure you answered correctly, then your application is passed to the manager so they can pick who they want to interview. The interview is with you and two different managers with them going back and forth asking questions.

The interview process included an online application, an in-person interview and a short determination process. The interview questions focused on the skills that I could bring to the position and my level of experience. The interviewer was very friendly and presented questions that were relative to the sales and merchandising field.
