PepsiCo Merchandiser interview questions

First you watch a video on safety out in the work field then you read instructions on a Physical test on the basics of what the job entails. Then you get timed on doing the physical test where they mostly look at safety aspects (lifting and bending techniques) then they do a Face to face.

I waited in the reception area for about 15 minutes until I was brought upstairs to the first panel of managers. They asked situational and behavioural questions. Then I proceeded to the following room with 2 other managers who asked questions more specific to PepsiCo.
