PepsiCo Merchandiser interview questions

Interviewed at headquarters by managers. Asked questions about expectations and experience. Description of typical tasks and responsibilities. Salary was discussed with respects to hourly pay, overtime and insurance benefits. There was also some small talk to gain a better understanding about personality, interests and life outside of work. Interviewers were polite friendly and seemed like good people to work with.

The interview was behavioral based, they are trying to assess your work ethic, they also ask about safety issues you were able to notice in your previous job and what you did to mitigate the problem and they also asked why you are applying for the job despite having a different background. It was a quick interview, they informed me a week later of the result.
