PepsiCo Merchandiser interview questions

Very laid back. Had to answer general customer service questions about what you would do in certain situations and how any relevant life experience you have could be applied. Also had to take a test to build a display.

We were told it would be about 30 minutes and I was there for three hours. When I was done with my last task, I asked when I would hear back. The guy said he didn’t know and that it was his first time interviewing. Then no one followed up at all after.
