During the phone interview I was asked three questions which didn't seem to have much to do with the position. Actually I don't think the interviewer was listening as I could hear her typing. The 1:1 was similar. There were specific, structured questions which, in my opinion, didn't reflect my ability to "stock shelves". Nevertheless, I was offered a position. I suppose I at least answered those questions correctly. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. The office was dirty however this is a manufacturing environment. The management may be great however, I worked there for two months without any communication. This seemed odd due to the fact I was told that they have difficulty keeping people in this position. If that is the case, it would make sense to check in on your employees to ensure they are satisfied in their employment. I will continue to do this work until I can discover a better opportunity. I will not pursue advancement within this organization.
