I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
The process was fantastic. Both interviewers were very easy to feel comfortable with. That was one of my more straightforward interviews. The entire recruiting and interview process went as I thought it would.
I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
Was referred internally by another employee. There was three rounds of interviews. Phone screening for the first, Zoom interview for the second, and in person for the third. The phone screening was longer because they tell you about the company for most of it. Second interview had more questions about your experience. Last one was more specific and making sure you're cut out for the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2024
Interview
Excellent experience, nice people, and easy to talk to. I had one phone call just to get a better understanding of the company and if that was something Im still interested in. Then had two Zoom calls with the recruiting manager and then the hiring manager who overseas the whole east cost offices.
