The hiring process is pretty much a joke, you go in they act like you have competition at the postion during hiring and then they say " I don't always do this but i'm going to offer you the position right now" It was done for everyone that i worked with and the reason it's done is because they hire as many people as possible to put in the field, pay you in a way so that everyone can but won't make the bonuses that they tell you in the interview will allow you to make the type of money they say you'll make, If your above average at the job of course you'll make good money but it's not the way they say in the interview. While there they changed the pay structure on the way we get paid a few times to benefit the company and make it harder for us to make good money. By hiring everyone that applies the company can make money off more people without having to pay the type of money you'd expect for the hours and work you put in
