Interview
The interview process was very smooth had 2 face-to-face interviews that lasted 45 mins then a week later I was called for the office visit in Houston. I interviewed with a senior partner and a senior manager and then went for lunch with associates who explained their experience at the firm. The 1st round of interview was Behavioral questions in STAR format and the office visit was just getting to know me as a person and giving me the opportunity to ask questions about the firm
Had 2 interviews. First interview was behavioral question based. The second interview was an office visit where I had interviews with 2 partners and then was taken out to lunch with some employees. Overall, it wasn't too bad of an interview. Not too difficult.
