Qualtrics interview questions

Very positive initial interaction. There is a lot of studying involved as the company and it’s product is not particularly well know. Phone interview was a big contrast to what the company sells itself as. While the company is high energy, engaging and exciting, it was clear the interviewer was just ticking off a list, unfriendly and not experienced in phone interviews. Result was a low energy awkward interview with zero verbal feedback which is very off putting. Recommend having an experienced interviewer or HR individual to mediate the interview process to allow for better conversation/engagement.
