Applied online and first had an interview with the recruiter in their office. This was standard interview questions about education and experience. Next there was a HTML test where the pass mark is 29/31. I got through this, and there was a slightly more technical interview with some problem solving type questions. The third interview was more typical interview questions again. The final interview was a video interview with someone in the headquarters, which was mostly competency type questions.
All the interviews were one to one, conducted in a friendly way, and none was more than 40 minutes in length. I was informed a week after the last interview that I had been unsuccessful.
The overall impression I got was that they want intelligent people who are excellent problem solvers and communicators, and who have the right personality for the company (enthusiasm seems to be really important). They spend enough time with candidates to evaluate these characteristics, so although I'm disappointed I wasn't offered a place, I appreciate it was because they know what they want, and I am not it.
