I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in May 2011
Interview
Started out with a group interview (4 other applicants in the room). Asked round robin questions. Took an online survey (Qualtrics's survey). Then followed a personal interview with 2 or 3 managers. The final interview was with the VP of Sales. It was a more genuine conversation that focused mainly on whether you fit into the Qualtrics's culture.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Feb 2013
Interview
I talked with someone at Qualtrics at the BYU career fair. They then called me a week later and scheduled me for a group interview at their office. There were about 20 people and we took a tour and then had a group interview with 2 managers and about 5 other interviewees. I then got an invitation via email a few days later to take another interview which was a survey. I got a call saying I was invited for a final round interview where they brought me into a room with about 10 managers all at one table and they all asked me questions. They asked me about my experience and resume. They asked why I wanted to take this sales position and why I wanted to work for Qualtrics. I thought the interview went really well, but I didn't get an offer.
