RSM Associate interview questions

Very casual.. feel like they almost trick you because it’s so causal. Behavioral based. Found that most of the time they were looking for me to ask all the questions. They were very good at making it seem like you’re giving them all the right answers. I thought it went very well and I had it in the bag. They stated they would get back to us the following week.. I got a email less than 24 hours after the interview rejecting me. Kinda heartless.

reaching out and connecting with human resources department/ campus recruiter, initial phone interviews with team members, going into the office for in person interviews with the team members or senior managers. Overall, the interview process went well, HR was extremely nice and helpful. However, it did take longer than I'd like , but that really depends on the hiring team's timeline.
