RSM Associate interview questions

Easy- be yourself. Spike with a campus recruiter and they asked basic questions like “Tell me about yourself”. They take a look at your resume and ask questions based on that like “ohh you worked here- how was that? What did you learn? Etc” second interview with RSM staff (seniors,managers) then final round with partners. All just ask questions to get to know you.
