RSM Associate interview questions

Generally, it is three round interview process. First round with supervisor, next with Manager and last round with Director. Once you clear all three of these round, you get to negotiate offer with the HR personnel.

There are two stage, user interview and partner interview. When you are in user interview stage they will ask you about technical knowledge in accounting and auditing. Then in partner interview, the question mostly about yourself.
