RSM Audit Assistant I interview questions

Friendly staff that treated me well and were open and honest during the interview. The process took me a couple of months from start to finish, with questions more focusing on personal qualities and aptitude than technical competency (as I was a graduate joiner).

Online tests followed by video interview followed by assessment centre. The assessment centre included making a 1 page report for a non listed company. Also it included an interview with 2 managers from the company.
