RSM Audit Associate interview questions

First, Application forms. Then, Online Assessment. Next, Job Simulation. Finally, Assessment Centre. RSM responded to my application quickly. The whole process took me around 2 weeks. So far, I've made to RSM's Assessment Centre. I found it fairly easy and am preparing for the final interview.

The application process is straight forward, you don't have to submit a CV as you input all your credentials and experience on the application form, after that you would get an invite to an online assessment comprising of situational questions in the work place and some numerical question. After which you move to the online interview stage. You asked 5 competency questions, use the STAR approach for a consistent flow.
