RSM Audit Associate interview questions

It takes 3 days to process. HR calls for online interview. Need to fill up application form, essay, MCQ, double entey, personality test, short questions, and others. While interview，the interviewer quite nice and takes about 30 minutes. But, be ready to answer technical questions with confidence. After 2 weeks, I get verbal offer. Then, get offer letter after 1 week. Overall，the hiring process quite fast (1 month) from apply until result.

Very conversational and easy going interviewer. Interviewer was personable and didn’t ask any technical questions. Be prepared for a friendly more casual conversation between you and the manager or partner interviewing you.
