RSM Audit Senior interview questions

1. Contacted by HR for a short phone interview. 2. Invited to a face to face interview with the audit manager and senior manager. Completed a written exercise after the interview. 3. Completed online cognitive and behavioural tests. 4. Attended another face to face interview with the audit partner. 5. Provided the details of my referees for reference check. And i am now waiting for their updates...

Not much on technical questions were specifically asked. Questions were mainly on understanding your past experience and to further elaborate on your resume. Informal interview with one manager and one partner- spoke in mixed mandarin and English. Office tour thereafter and another round of interview with Partner, just a casual chat. Outcome was finalized within a few days.
