Interview
If you are black please don’t bother applying. They’ll waste your time and give you contradicting reasons why you weren’t selected (think a candidate had a similar experience in earlier review on glassdoor). Felt like I was invited to the assessment centre to meet their diversity quota. Plus, they are very unprofessional and unresponsive and take weeks to respond to simple queries regarding your application.
