RSM interview questions

Very easy process. Submitted my application online and received an email from a recruiter asking to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Super casual conversation asking about me and my interest in the firm. I was then scheduled for two 30 minute back-to-back interviews on teams. Again, a very relaxed interview that felt more like a conversation. Every person I spoke to was super friendly and reaffirmed my thoughts about RSM. I interviewed on Friday and received an offer letter Wednesday morning.

Resume shortlist, test, gd, tech interview 1, tech interview 2 and then after few hours the shortlist came and it was a very nice experience of the interview. Out of 1400 students only 10 were selected
