RSM interview questions

The interview followed a two-stage process conducted via MS Teams, involving the Head of Bid Management and representatives from the Public Sector team. The first stage was with the Head of Bid Management, while the second stage involved two representatives from the wider business. Throughout the process, the recruitment team were highly responsive, providing timely updates and answering any questions I had.
