I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Aug 2025
Interview
I went through five rounds of interviews at RSM, and the process itself was professional and well-run. The Talent Acquisition contact I worked with was excellent — clear, supportive, and communicative throughout. After my final interview, I was told that feedback from all interviewers was extremely positive and that an offer should be coming, and I even received a detailed benefits overview. Unfortunately, about a week later I was informed that the company had decided to hire for a more senior role instead of the position I had interviewed for. This was quite frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional — especially since I had even interviewed with the final decision maker who never raised any concerns about my experience, something that should have been addressed during the process, not after all five interviews were completed.
