RSM interview questions

the interview process was not technical at all. pretty easy going and friendly. They just want to get to know you and see if your a good fit for the company

For consulting experienced hires after meeting with recruiter usually meet with 1 senior associate, 2-3 Managers/Directors, and usually the group partner. They will usually ask about your past experiences and what types of projects interest you going forward. They typically want people who present well in front of clients (so be mindful in the interview how you dress and act). They sometimes ask "insightful questions", meaning they try to evaluate your ability to analyze. If you list technical experience on your resume a technical person may quiz you.
