Apply through university’s contact list and get a phone called for interview in the next day. It is a face to face interview even in COVID period at the RSM office. Firstly have to do a test for almost 1 hour that contain audit and accounting questions, behavioural questions and essay. After the test will get a individual interview afterwards, the interviewer is a Hiring Manager. She is friendly and there are no technical questions at all, just introduce yourself and to understand you more. At the next day morning get my phone call via phine call, fast processing and great efficiency. Overall easy and positive experience, nice environment of the workplace.
