RSM interview questions

Interview process followed a series of online tests upon completion of an online application form. The interview included five competency based question, with each requiring 2/3 minute answers to be recorded.

I entered the interview cycle very far along into their hiring process, so I had two interviews in one week - one with the manager of the team, Joan, and one with one of the team members, Josh. Both interviews were superb. I felt that the interviewers were very interested in my skill set and me as a person. These were hands down the best interviews I’ve ever had, as both were transparent about the environment I’d be entering. Because I entered the interview cycle so late, I received an offer the following week and accepted. It was the fastest interview cycle I’ve ever had and it doesn’t sound like my experience is the norm.
