RSM interview questions

I started by submitting my resume at my school's career fair. Then I got called back for the first interview. It was an on-campus interview, where I met with a partner. It was very conversational and not really technical. He asked a few behavioral questions, but mostly he was trying to get a feel for who I was. I was asked to interview again for the in-office interview, where there were two 30-minute one-on-one interviews, one with the partner and one with a senior manager. Those were both conversational as well. They mostly inquired about the items listed on my resume. In both cases, the interviews felt very natural and were not stressful at all. They just want to get a feel for your personality, so just show them your best self.
