RSM interview questions

It was a quick on-campus interview. I was offered a spot for the externship during the interview. Upon the completion of the externship itself, I was offered an Internship for RSM.

I was interviewed by someone from HR, an Outsourcing Manager and an Outsourcing Director, it lasted about an hour. They asked typical interview questions - strengths, weaknesses, motivations, where you want to go with accountancy education i.e. ACA or ACCA. They also asked some technical questions about Accrual & prepayment journals and FX gains/losses.
